If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! Returns or exchanges are allowed within 14 days (incl weekends and holidays) of receiving your order. You can return your product for a credit, another product, or a refund of the original amount (excluding shipping costs).
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Below are some examples of common exceptions.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be in their original packaging
- Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use
- Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items that break after 6 months of purchase are not covered by our warranty. If your item breaks after 6 months this indicates wear and tear and improper use of our products.
In case of exchanges/refunds, you are responsible for shipping costs.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter the information incorrectly, and we will update your order if it has not already shipped.
All items are inspected for quality and wear. Damaged or worn items will not be accepted as returns/exchanges, please keep this in mind before you wish to return an item.
Please include a paper with your name and order number with your return. Returned items without this info will automatically be refused as a return/exchange.
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your package (we track the date of receipt as indicated on your Track&Trace code). If you request a return on the 14th day you must return the package within 48h. All items arriving after the 19th day are automatically refused as returns.
